FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I try to ship multiple times a week, but on slow or busy weeks, I ship orders on Monday mornings consistently every week. If you pre-order an item that is in the process of being created or order before a national holiday, this will adjust the timeline for your shipping. Keep in mind that USPS shipping times can sometimes be delayed with the upcoming holiday season. This will revert back to normal after the New Year passes.
After shipping, I am no longer responsible for your package. I apologize that this issue has occurred and you can file a claim with USPS to see if they can help. If it is regarding an incorrect address due to a mistake in entering the correct address in the order form and the package has been returned to sender (i.e. Grimm’s Apothecary), please email me at contact@grimmsapothecary.net so we can figure out how you can send shipping costs for reshipment.
I wish I could give all emails, messages, and questions my energy, but unfortunately, that is no longer realistic with my schedule currently. I respond to what I am able to when I have the time to do so, with my primary focus being my Patreon Discord channel and email inbox. Periodically, I will make coaching sessions available. If you purchase a coaching session, I would be more than happy to go over any and all details and give you my suggestions for your concerns after analyzing any data provided.
I am only currently shipping within the United States and Canada at this time. This may change when the newly renovated website and platform is setup in its entirety.
